AWITP Top Ten

You have probably never heard of the band, though it is already on its second greatest hits album. They have had a few great hits, even some number one songs in Europe, but their Christian lyrics keep their exposure grounded. The band is called Plumb.
The reason that Plumb graces one of the awitp (a walk in the park) blogs is because of the aforementioned greatest hit albums. For, you see, Plumb has only released a total of 4 albums if I am not mistaken. And two of those four are greatest hits if I am not mistaken. There is another Christian artist whose name will remain hidden that has a similar blemish in their past, three regular albums and one greatest hit.
Is there a problem here? It serves as another reminder that something is not right in the world. But because of my desire to love and to be loved I am always one to jump on bandwagons. So without further adieu here is the official awitp greatest blog blog:
- The beginning. It was a slow start, but in the words of the late Christopher Reeves "every blog must start somewhere, even here."
- Mrs. Clitt...true story
- I go to a kick ass church
- My name is Ryan and I'm a BA
- A Celebration of Flag Day
- Colin Powell? James Earl Jones? Are they one and the same?
- I like Jesus
- This picture is funny
- Remember when Princes Di died? that was really sad. At the time I did not understand the terrible implications that her death provided. Only now can I truly understand what it means to lose a friend. I wish that I had not lived my whole life so ignorant of such terrible stories, but it just might have been the straw that broke the camels back...which brings up another point. What does "the straw that broke the camels back" even mean? Did I make that expression up? Yes, I think I did. I think that I may have just coined a rather witty meaningless expression. Beautiful, that is a beautiful expression, beautiful like Princess Diana was and even still is to this day. I don't remember where I was going with this though, but I would like to think that it was God's will that I wrote this.
- And finally, the ultimate moment from my blog is...
I hope you enjoyed this recap. I plan on doing one of this tri-annually on the fifth Wednesday of every month.
